At Just Compete Sports, we believe sports bring people together and give every athlete a place to belong. Since 2017, the NFL’s official partnership with Special Olympics has created opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities to participate in Unified Flag Football.

Special Olympics Unified Programs unite athletes with and without intellectual disabilities to train, learn, and compete on the same team. Through a variety of sports throughout the year, participants build fitness, strengthen their skills, enjoy competition, and have fun together.

Unified Programs give athletes opportunities to:

• Try something new: Discover and learn new sports.
• Build their skills: Develop fundamentals and advance their abilities.
• Embrace competition: Take on new challenges and competitive experiences.
• Play a meaningful role: Contribute to their team in an environment where every athlete is valued.
